IDDS UCiP-SOFTCLIENT
The IDDS UCiP softclient is a flexible and cost-effective software solution for expanding existing control centre infrastructures. It can be easily installed on PCs and notebooks and, in combination with eurofunk Communication Devices such as eTALK or eHAP, enables full communication with emergency callers and emergency services.
Particularly the IDDS UCiP softclient is suitable for exceptional situations, situation and command rooms, and remote workstations in the BOS sector. While classic main workstations in control centres remain indispensable, the soft client creates additional flexibility with minimal hardware requirements.
A decisive advantage of the IDDS UCiP soft client is its direct connection to the system technology. It uses the same software as a main workstation, so that functions such as emergency calls, radio queries and short-term documentation are available without restriction. Configurable audio device setups allow multiple audio sources, such as headsets or handsets from the eurofunk portfolio, to be defined and switched automatically. Optionally, a USB busy lamp can also be connected to visually indicate the busy status. The USB-based eurofunk devices eTALK and eHAP are fully integrated and can also be used in other eurofunk communication solutions such as emc² VOIP.
eTALK
Flexible desktop listening and speaking device for control centres
eTALK is a powerful listening and speaking device for professional use in control centre environments. Designed for desktop use, eTALK has two loudspeakers, an integrated or optional external microphone and intuitive touch controls for volume, talk button and muting. Thanks to separate audio paths for the operating channel and the monitoring loudspeaker, eTALK ensures clear and structured communication.
In combination with the IDDS UCiP soft client or other eurofunk communication solutions, eTALK integrates seamlessly into existing control centre infrastructures and supports flexible workplace concepts, from classic main workstations to mobile or temporary applications. The device can also be combined with a handset such as eHAP, up to two headsets or a foot switch, guaranteeing maximum adaptability.
eHAP
Ergonomic listening and speaking device for radio and emergency calls
eHAP is an ergonomically designed listening and speaking device in the form of a telephone receiver, which was developed specifically for professional radio and emergency call handling in control centres. The housing integrates a listening capsule, microphone and PTT button, enabling safe and comfortable operation even in demanding situations. The USB version of eHAP is used in combination with the IDDS UCiP soft client and can be easily integrated into flexible workplace concepts.
For classic main workstations, eHAP is available with a system-specific interface and seamlessly complements eurofunk audio devices such as eWALD in existing control centre infrastructures.
