In addition, external audits and certifications according to EN ISO 9001 (quality management) and ISO 14001 (environmental management) ensure high standards.

Information security is a top priority at eurofunk. The company is certified according to ISO/IEC 27001 as well as ISO 27001 based on the BSI IT-Grundschutz framework and has also been awarded the Cyber Trust Europe Silver Label. Security and risk management processes are continuously developed, and employees working on security-critical projects undergo regular security checks.

eurofunk’s IT architecture is based on established standard technologies from leading manufacturers. These include modern server and client systems, professional network and security solutions, and proven database and virtualisation technologies.

Typical technologies are:

  • Databases: Oracle, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL
  • Virtualisation: VMware, Hyper-V, everRun

As a maintenance customer, you will be assigned a personal service manager. This person coordinates all service requests and establishes contact with other contact persons such as sales account managers or customer consultants.

The eurofunk service is based on ITIL standards (IT Infrastructure Library). This ensures structured service processes, efficient incident handling and high service quality.

The Customer Care Centre and technical support are located at the company headquarters in St. Johann im Pongau and at other branches in Austria. The service is supplemented by an international network of field service technicians.

Maintenance customers can contact eurofunk’s technical support around the clock. Our experts are available 365 days a year for support, troubleshooting and technical assistance.

eurofunk relies exclusively on its own field service personnel. The company currently operates several service centres in Germany, Austria and internationally.

If you can’t access the customer portal, please get in touch with your usual eurofunk contact person. Alternatively, you can reach our team via the contact page.

Technical faults can be reported to the eurofunk Service Desk by telephone or via the customer portal. You can reach the Service Desk directly during office hours. A technical on-call service is available for urgent problems outside business hours.

Outside these hours, a technical on-call service is available to maintenance customers.
