Changed login for access to your eurofunk service applications

Registered customers have access to a wide range of information, data and services in the customer portal.
These include:

    • Helpline: Access to tickets
    • Jira: Management and processing of tasks
    • Confluence: Access and editing of documents
    • SharePoint: System documentation

After clicking on the desired application that has been activated for you, you will be logged in via two-factor authentication (2FA).

Instructions for getting started

Please use the links below to access the required applications.

Please note when logging in for the first time:

  1. Use your known user name and add the suffix @eurofunk.com to it.
  2. Enter your usual password.
  3. You will then be asked to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). Choose the second factor yourself.
