Changed login for access to your eurofunk service applications
Registered customers have access to a wide range of information, data and services in the customer portal.
These include:

- Helpline: Access to tickets
- Jira: Management and processing of tasks
- Confluence: Access and editing of documents
- SharePoint: System documentation
After clicking on the desired application that has been activated for you, you will be logged in via two-factor authentication (2FA).
Instructions for getting started
Please use the links below to access the required applications.
Please note when logging in for the first time:
- Use your known user name and add the suffix @eurofunk.com to it.
- Enter your usual password.
- You will then be asked to set up two-factor authentication (2FA). Choose the second factor yourself.
