Another important factor is routing. eOCS calculates the optimal route to the incident site, thereby helping emergency personnel arrive as quickly as possible.
The various criteria can be flexibly combined and weighted. This makes the system suitable for both manual searches for resources and automated dispatch processes.
Automatic Dispatch with Integrated AAO
A central component of eOCS is the flexible integration of the Alarm and Deployment Order (AAO) . Individual alarm plans can be stored in the system for different incident keywords, locations, and time periods.
As soon as an incident is created, eOCS determines the required resources based on the stored AAO and matches them with the available resources. Using definable calculation logic, the system then suggests the most suitable resources for the respective requirements.

For example, the nearest turntable ladders, K-9 handlers, or specialized personnel with specific qualifications can be found with just a few clicks and integrated into existing operations.
